e.g. _

How to make an omelette.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
salt and pepper
one or two tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of butter

STEP 1.
whisk the eggs lightly with a fork.
Add the salt and pepper and the water.

STEP 2.
Heat the pan and melt the butter. Tilt the pan so that all the surface is coated.

STEP 3.
Pour the egg mixture and as it begins to set, pull the sides of the omelet to the center. Let the liquid run out to the sides.

STEP 4.
When all the egg has set, cook for a few seconds more until the underneath is golden brown.

STEP 5.
Using an egg-slice loosen the omelet and fold one-third to the center.

STEP 6.
Fold over the other third.

STEP 7.
Slide the folded omelet out of the pan onto a plate which has been warmed in the oven.

STEP 8.
Garnish the omelet with parsley and serve immediately.

Finding Percentages

In class at the moment our Maths W.A.L.T is Find percentages of given numbers
Benna and Marcel's way:

Divide the number by ten  and then work out the percentage

For Example: 15% of 92

1. 92 divided by 10 = 9.2, 
2. 50% of 9.2 =4.6 
3. 9.2 + 4.6= 13.8 

so 15% of 92= 13.8
